Curaçao Innovation & Technology Institute (CITI) Fifteen startups began in the first round of the Startup Launchpad of CITI. BrightMinds had the honor to train and coach them in group- and one on one sessions, using the theories of Business Model Canvas.

Present Your Startup

Trainer Business Model Canvas Workshop Twelve startups participated in Present Your Startup Caribbean. After two days of training, they had to pitch their ideas to the jury and potential investors. We guided them with a workshop Business Model Canvas to sharpen their ideas.

GreenKidz – Fundraiser TUI

Bright Mind Lise Anna wrote a three-year project proposal for GreenKidz for the TUI Care Foundation. The proposal is successfully granted end 2017.

Business model canvas workshop

BrightMinds heeft een workshop Business Model Canvas gegeven tijdens de conferentie van Connecting the Dots. Deze workshop geven wij om organisaties te helpen bij het verbeteren of ontwikkelen van hun Business Model. Door het business model visueel te maken, kun je eenvoudig experimenteren met je business model. Onze workshop kent een hands-on methode om direct aan de slag te gaan met je eigen idee.

Connecting the Dots

BrightMinds heeft het interactieve programmadeel georganiseerd bij de conferentie Connecting the Dots. Deelnemers gingen in interactieve sessies aan de slag met lokale ondernemersuitdagingen. Met innovatieve werkmethodes creëerde zij een overtuigende pitch voor de jury, die bestond uit Natasha Chatlein, Nevita Mezas en de Minister-President van Curaçao, Eugene Ruggenaath.

Protec

Protec wil een optimalisatieslag maken in de aansturing en onderliggende processen van de organisatie. Bright mind Clayton was verantwoordelijk voor een interne analyse van de organisatie. Deze analyse dient als start voor een intern veranderproces binnen Protec.

Bright mind Lise Anna heeft voor Heren2 een ‘advertorial’ geschreven voor het vijftienjarig bestaan van de organisatie.

Academy Het Dorp

Het Dorp, sinds 1962 de bekendste en meest innovatieve leefgemeenschap in Nederland voor mensen met een handicap, wordt radicaal gemoderniseerd. Binnen de Academy worden samen met ruim vijftig bedrijven, kennisinstellingen, overheden en zorggebruikers, innovatieve oplossingen ontwikkeld en getest. Lise Anna rapporteerde aan de CEO en was verantwoordelijk voor praktische en strategische ontwikkeling van de Academy; vormen van een ‘Health Deal’ voor de Academy met het Ministerie van Gezondheidszorg (VWS) en het ministerie van Economische Zaken (EZ); en schrijven van subsidievoorstel voor een EU-subsidie.

Achmea

Met medisch specialisten en patiënten ontwikkelt Zilveren Kruis uitkomstindicatoren om de kwaliteit van zorg transparant te maken. Lise Anna was in haar tijd bij Jonge Honden verantwoordelijk voor de ontwikkeling van communicatie m.b.t. zorguitkomsten van negen aandoeningen; het organiseren van het congres Zorguitkomsten en zorgdragen dat plenaire sessies en deelsessies zowel organisatorisch als inhoudelijk bij elkaar kwamen; en algehele project- en programmamanagementondersteuning.

Wie wij zijn

Lise Anna Janson

My curiosity combined with the will to think differently constantly brings me new challenges. Full energy and ambition I work to make a difference in innovative projects. With enthusiasm, a great sense of responsibility and always time for a good laugh I aim to achieve social impact in collaboration with others.

I was never able to only choose one path in my professional career. I started my career within a consultancy company, and decided after a few months to become an entrepreneur within that concept. I worked within diverse sectors like international cooperation, health care, communication, events; gave trainings to students and professionals; developed my leadership skills while coaching and building a team as an entrepreneur; and I learned all the important aspects of being an entrepreneur like networking, acquisition, recruitment, negotiating and persuasive communication.

Curious about the consistency in all these activities? Everything is focused on development: development of social themes, professional development and personal development for myself and my surroundings. For me, that’s what entrepreneurship is all about: the will to try new things and never stop learning.

Ever since I can remember I was interested in IT and technological developments. Maybe because I had the opportunity to play with computers starting at a very young age. Therefore, my first study Industrial engineering, had to include technological aspects. This study also introduced me to the term ‘entrepreneur’, and it got me excited. Thus, I started my first job in sales at a technological company Océ Netherlands.

After Océ was acquired by Canon N.V. I became an Account director responsible for optimizing document management systems within large Healthcare organizations. Managing IT projects within large organization sparked my passion for innovation and change management even more, which has led me to my second study, an MBA with a specialization in Change Management and business model innovation.

My experience in sales, as an Account Director and my studies provided me with the solid base to pursue my own company BrightMinds. At BrightMinds we help organizations increase their productivity using innovative thinking, project management and change management methods. I focus on analyzing, structuring and implementing various changes within organizations, with or without the use of technological aspects.
